I ordered a product for hair from them three weeks ago. I still haven’t received it. They never answere the phone and return email. Finally answered the phone credit my account they said, but they reduced it by charging me for the shipping. They lost my package and they’re charging me. Never do business with them again.
I never received my shampoo and conditioner. Next week I am going to have my credit card charge reversed. How dare they ask me how I like the product when I NEVER received it????
